If there’s a brand that I can say I always return to, LANEIGE would be at the top of that list. There’s something about their products that my skin loves and something about their scent that I find super relaxing and not overbearing.
This late Spring and rush into Summer type of weather in Toronto has my skin going into a frenzy. With my combination-oily skin, I find that it’s slowly becoming super dry on the cheeks and nose and oily on the forehead. Luckily, LANEIGE has always had my back with their products and with a few new additions and switches in my skincare routine, my skin is definitely bouncing back and reverting to its prime.
From their Water Bank collection, I’ve previously tried the Overnight Sleeping Mask and their Water Bank Hydrating Gel Moisturizer. I really like how lightly scented their products are and my skin is never irritated when using them. I’ve heard a lot of good things about their Lip Sleeping Mask, and since Summer is here, I have a tendency to take less care of my lips throughout the day so a sleeping mask for them would be a great thing to have.
The LANEIGE products never feel heavy on the skin and always give a moisturized finish. My skin feels immediately hydrated and ready to take on anything, whether it be a day out or as a preparation for a fresh canvas before applying makeup, I’m a big fan of their products. Along with the moisture cream, the water sleeping mask is a great addition to my skincare routine to ensure that my skin is getting all the moisture it needs in addition to a daily consumption of water. The eye gel is a great lightweight alternative to the heavier eye creams during the summer, it helps the skin feel light while providing the sensitive area with hydration.
Within the collection, there is also a Water Bank Soothing Gel Mask, this is especially nice to use on a super hot and humid day. It gives a really nice refreshing feel and will help cool the skin down from the heat. But also, who doesn’t love a good face mask?
I’m a really big fan of LANEIGE products and they work really well with my skin. You can pick up LANEIGE products at Sephora.
